Reservation Confirmation:

  • Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment

Change/Cancellation Policy

  • All changes must be made in writing and subject to availability
  • Full refund on cancellations made at least 3 months prior to arrival date
  • 50% refund on deposit for cancellations made 1 month prior to arrival date
  • No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date

Check In/Check Out Time:

  • Check in time is 14:00
  • Check out time is 11:00
  • Extended check out time subject to additional charge

Liability:

We highly recommend our guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any loss, damages, injury, illness, death or curtailment to travel

The management and owners of The Gatra are not liable for:

  • Loss and  damage of personal belongings of residing guests and their visitors including cars and motorbikes
  • Injury, illness and death sustained by guests inside and outside of  the villas
  • Unused portion of paid accommodation of booked services
  • Any illegal conduct or actions by  guests against the law of the Republic of Indonesia
  • Travel cancellations due to improper travel documents for entry into Indonesia

Losses & Damages

  • Guests are to leave the villa in good and clean condition
  • Guests will be responsible for the costs of loss and damage to the property incurred during their stay

Force Majeure

The management and owners of The Gatra is not liable for failure to perform its obligation caused by issues beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, power failure, epidemic disease, war, riot and terrorism
